It was incorporated in the Kunming Economic and Technological Development Zone, a national level one, in April 2012, with a registered capital of RMB 600 million. The company is the investment platform for Greenway Mining Group Limited to do mining investment in mainland China. Its business scope mainly covers legal investment in the field which is encouraged and allowed for foreign investment by the Chinese government, and the investment projects are mainly mining companies which are focused on mining and processing the mineral resources related to non-ferrous metal and precious metal. The company's projects are mainly located in Kunming, Mangshi, Yingjiang, Nujiang, Xishuangbanna and etc. |
